SearchToLoan ("SearchToLoan", "we", "us" or "our") operates a loan introduction and comparison service. We act solely as an intermediary that connects individuals and businesses seeking finance with independent third-party lenders and credit brokers. We are not a lender. We do not issue loans, we do not make lending or credit decisions, and we never provide funds directly.
2. No guarantee of a loan
Submitting your information through our website does not guarantee that you will be offered a loan or matched with a lender. Any credit agreement is entered into exclusively between you and the third-party lender, and is subject to that lender's own eligibility criteria, affordability assessment, creditworthiness checks, terms, interest rates and fees. The final decision on whether to lend, and on what terms, rests entirely with the lender.
3. Illustrative figures only
Any figures, interest rates, representative APRs, monthly repayments or examples shown on this website, including results generated by our loan calculator, are for illustration purposes only. They do not constitute a quote, an offer of credit, or financial, legal or tax advice. The actual amount, rate and term you may be offered will be determined by the third-party lender.
4. Borrowing responsibly
Borrowing money involves risk. Loans must be repaid with interest, and failure to keep up with repayments can result in additional charges, harm to your credit rating and, in some cases, legal action or the loss of secured assets. Only apply for credit that you can comfortably afford to repay, and always read the full terms and conditions of any credit agreement before signing.
