We provide a service that introduces you to independent third-party lenders and credit brokers. We are an intermediary only. We are not a lender, we do not provide credit and we do not make lending decisions. Any loan or credit agreement is strictly between you and the relevant third-party lender.
3. Eligibility

- You must be a legal resident of the country you specify.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a credit agreement.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information and to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any credit agreement before entering into it. You should only apply for credit that you can afford to repay.
5. No advice and no guarantee
Nothing on our website constitutes financial, legal or tax advice. We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or offered a loan. All calculator results and example figures are illustrative only and are not offers of credit.
6. Fees and commission
Our service is free to you. We may receive a commission from a lending partner where an introduction results in a completed loan. This does not affect the rate you are offered.
7. Third-party lenders
We are not responsible for the products, services, decisions, conduct or terms of any third-party lender. Your relationship with a lender is governed by that lender's own terms and privacy practices. The inclusion of a lender on our panel is not an endorsement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SearchToLoan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a credit agreement entered into with a third-party lender. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the SearchToLoan name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our prior written permission.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you use our services is the version that applies.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
